Naveen Kella, MD
Founder of The Urology Place
Dr. Kella is an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the UT Health Science Center, San Antonio. As well as being one of the most experienced Robotic Surgeons in the country.
Dr. Naveen Kella is board-certified in urology, with a fellowship in Urologic Oncology and robotic surgery. He is known for his expertise in treating prostate cancer and has performed over 3,000 robotic prostate cancer surgeries (RALP). In addition, he has proctored over 100 physicians in robotic prostatectomy techniques. Literature notes that the best surgeons usually have superior experience. Dr. Kella is the most experienced robotic prostate surgeon in San Antonio and South Texas, and one of the most experienced in the nation. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UT Health Science Center.

When asked about his success, Dr. Kella gives much credit to his clinic and surgical teams. He has performed nearly all of his robotic prostatectomy cases in the same hospital with the same team. Savannah Eggerss, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Savannah Eggerss, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant and San Antonio native dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered urologic care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Texas A&M University. During her clinical training, she gained extensive experience in surgical specialties, including urology, where she developed a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
Over the past year, Savannah has cared for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions affecting both men and women. She provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for urinary, bladder, kidney, and pelvic health concerns while emphasizing education and individualized care. She also performs in-office procedures, including hormone replacement pellet therapy and female cystoscopies.
Savannah is committed to making each patient feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment plan. Her goal is to build lasting relationships while helping patients achieve their best possible health and quality of life.
